Parking is available in the 43rd street and 45th street garages located directly across the street from Chartway Arena. There are also free auxiliary parking locations on the campus of Old Dominion University if the garages fill up.

There are many spaces available to rent for corporate functions, meetings, and banquets. Call the administration office at (757) 683-5762 for more information about renting meeting room space.

Accessible seating can be purchased online or at the box office. You may also contact the box office at 757-683-4444. Guests who arrive at Chartway Arena and require accessible seating but are without accessible seating tickets will be accommodated at the Guest Services booth based on seating availability.

For online purchases- click the blue wheelchair symbol on the ticket buying page for ADA accessible seating. ADA permits that each guest with an accessible seat purchase is permitted to purchase a ticket for themselves and up to three companion seats.

Our staff will make sure that guests needing a little bit more time or special assistance are able to enter the building and get to their seats without any hassle.

Accessible parking is located in both the Constant Center 45th Street and Constant Center 43rd Street Garages directly next to Chartway Arena. Accessible Drop off is located at the entrance on 45th Street.

Will Call allows individuals to pick up pre-purchased tickets for an event at the Box Office. Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office beginning 3 hours prior to the event. Picture I.D. and signature are required for pickup.

There are various shows and events throughout the year that offer group discounts. The number that is considered a group varies on a show-by-show basis. If you are interested in purchasing group tickets for an event, contact the box office at (757) 683-4444.

Chartway Arena has an email club called the All Access Club! This is a FREE electronic event notification service that is offered to everyone! By being a member of this elite club, you will get:

• Advance email notifications about your favorite concerts, family shows, and sporting events
• Exclusive ticket pre-sale opportunities not offered to the general public
• The most up-to-date information about upcoming events, concerts, and family shows
• Invites to exclusive pre-show parties and events

The use of still cameras/flash photography and recording devices are prohibited at most Chartway Arena events. If a patron brings a camera or recording device into the venue, the patron will be asked to return that item to his/her vehicle or check it with guest services. Cameras are allowed into certain events, however, you should call Chartway Arena at (757) 683-5762 to determine if the event you are attending allows cameras.

Subject to event approval, portable computing devices are permitted in Chartway Arena.

A ticket is required for all children who have celebrated their second birthday.

For most events, doors open one hour prior to the event start time.

The following is a list of Chartway Arena restrictions:

• Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
• Glass bottles or aluminum cans
• Ice chests (coolers) or thermos containers
• Cameras or recording devices (allowed only at specific events)
• Sticks or clubs
• Fireworks, firearms, or other weapons
• Bullhorns or noisemakers
• Confetti or balloons
• Animals (except certified service dogs for the disabled)
• Beach balls and other inflatables
• Outside food or beverages
• Skateboards or rollerblades
• Water bottles or mugs

Chartway Arena has a no re-entry policy for ticketed events. Any guest who leaves the facility during an event is required to present an unused ticket to gain admission. In the event of a special circumstance, please contact a staff member for assistance.

Chartway Arena is a non-smoking facility, except in designated smoking areas. All seating areas are classified as non-smoking. The designated smoking area is located outside the main lobby.
